Provides computer, systems and administrative specialized support for Human Resources. Completes various Human Resources processes and activities. Conducts research to resolve issues and understand opportunities for and implementation of improvements.

Provides a variety of Human Resources Shared Services support, including most but not necessarily all the following duties:
Provides Tier One support for incoming human resources inquiries. Responds to questions concerning HR policies, procedures and practices. Assist with employee issues and determines root cause to develop improved process.
Works closely with all areas of human resources to learn various job functions and roles to create processes, procedures and possible automation.
Audits employee records for accuracy and completeness; reconciles discrepancies.
Administers, manages, and operates the security badge system, and other security related computer systems utilizing, knowledge SIDA, the security software, Republic security policies.
Assists Associates with badge paperwork and verifying paperwork completion and meets all requirements prior to issuing a badge. Troubleshoots badges that are not working properly and replaces any lost, stolen, defective, or broken badges.
Controls access to restricted areas and produces access reports.
Designs, programs, builds and tests Robotics Process Automation (RPA) processes for HR using RPA software.
Works with other HR Associates on other software systems, e.g. Paysite, as needed to assist in identifying issues and assist in streamlining processes where available.
Maintains Dashboards for HR data, such as NPS, goal targets, etc. and provides data to VP, HR and Sr. Manager HRSS in timely manner
Assists with PowerPoint and other presentation materials as necessary.
Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all associates in a timely manner. Strives to better the service which Human Resources provides.
Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability necessary to perform this job.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE.
Bachelor's degree in human resource information systems, business or a computer related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in designing and developing reports in Cognos or Workday.
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
Strong analytical skills with a strong working knowledge of problem solving, root cause analysis, and associated solution implementation.
PREFERRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Experience with HRIS systems preferred.
At least 2 years related experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
REASONING/PROBLEM SOLVING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Makes day to day decisions used to support strategic direction. Decisions often require some thought and are somewhat structured. Decisions tend to be short term and usually moderate cost.
